Sterling & Clarke LLP was founded in 2010 by Victoria Sterling and James Clarke, two visionary lawyers who recognised the growing need for a truly international law firm that could bridge the gap between Western and Asian legal markets.
From our founding offices in London, we quickly expanded to Singapore in 2013, establishing a strategic presence in one of Asia's premier financial and legal hubs. This dual-office structure has become central to our identity, allowing us to serve clients across time zones with seamless continuity.
